6:30 PM - 9:00 PMFrank Wolf Community HallMitch Burnie, Manager of Adamama Farm in Randwick will be joining us to discuss the unique learnings and skills from ancient Jewish agriculture that remain practical and useful today. He will also explore what Shmita can teach us about the path to more regenerative practices and a more balanced society.
We'll also hear from other members of our NSTE community and take part in Torah study to inspire us to be the shomrei adamah (keepers of the earth) our planet needs us to be.
We'll also once again host our Shavuot cheesecake taste-off! Everyone is invited to bring along a cheesecake (or cheesecake-adjacent treat) to share.
Please register below and let us know if you're bringing a cheesecake!
Please note that the service will be livestreamed, however the remainder of the program will not.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our synagogue stands, the land of the Gamaragal people. Many of us and our forebears have come from other lands and found our spirit of kinship with Indigenous Australians whose connection with this land preceded ours, and we recognise that connection as sacred and enduring. May we walk together toward a future of justice and healing.
